2020 Summer Reading Program
Imagine Your Story: fantasy, myths, and fairy tales
Adult & Teen*
Registration: open
This summer the library has created a bingo card for both adults and teens. You may choose to do either bingo card or both, if you're feeling especially productive this summer. Every bingo earns a free book. There is no limit on the number of prizes you can earn. Prizes are first come, first serve.
If fantasy is a new genre to you we've created an in-depth reading suggestion list for every bingo square. You can download that suggestion list here.
To sign up for the program, call the library at 319-656-3501 or email kaloplib@kctc.net. You may set up an appointment to pick up a physical bingo card or we can email you a digital copy if you'd prefer.
Children*
Registration deadline: June 19th
The children's program runs until July 31st.
Weekly take-and-make crafts are available every Tuesday via curbside pickup. To pick up a craft bag, please call the library when you arrive. Library staff will bring a craft bag to your vehicle.
In addition, craft instructional videos and story times will be posted weekly to the library's Facebook page.
*For the safety of our staff and community we will not have in-person programming such as performers or movie days.
