My 25 years of HOME INSPECTION experience will insure you the quality inspection service you expect. I know buildings from the inside of the structure all the way to the outside property lines. My background as a BUILDER, INSPECTOR, CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR and owner of many properties has taught me most everything there is to know. If I didn't learn it by experience I went to school to learn it. I have an Associates Degree in Construction Technology and literally hundreds of hours in Continuing Education to maintain my Building Inspection, Plan Reviewer, Home Inspection Licenses.
We work directly for the client. Our job is to insure that the client understands every item that may be reported. Our job does not end after the report is completed.
